In recreating some of the designs, substitute beads or charms may be used.  We will always work to come as close to the design as possible and will contact you if the replacement will be significant.

Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days unless otherwise noted within the product description.  If you need your item sooner, please contact us so we can discuss your request.
